  • Sublime™ uses the elōs combination of safe and effective levels of infrared light and bi-polar radio frequency energies to remodel the deep dermal layer of the skin by stimulating new collagen growth.

  • Sublative™ fractionated bi-polar radio frequency technology places the heat energy effectively into the upper dermis where it can produce a significant increase in both collagen and elastin with minimal epidermal disruption.

Sublative (Skin Resurfacing)

The ergonomic Sublative™ applicator delivers bipolar radio frequency energy via a matrix of electrodes in the disposable applicator tip.

This fractional delivery of RF energy causes micro-epidermal ablative injuries with wider spread dermal coagulation. This initiates a strong wound healing response in the dermal matrix while also minimising the damage to the epidermis. Less affected tissue surrounding the matrix points may be stimulated by heat, which helps accelerate the healing process, leading to a smoother, rejuvenated appearance of the skin.

Mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolouration are reduced, and skin texture becomes smoother and elastic.

Sublime (Skin Tightening) 

Sublime uses the elōs combination of safe and effective levels of infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency energies to provide controlled deep dermal heating which remodels the dermal layer of the skin by stimulating new collagen growth.

This predictable heating of the deep dermis both shrinks aged collagen fibers and stimulates new collagen synthesis, resulting in the immediate and long term improvement of wrinkles and facial contour with a very low risk of side effects and virtually no downtime.

  • The Sublative RF applicator comes with multiple tip configurations for various treatment protocols - 64 pin tips for fast full face improved skin tone and texture, as well as the 44 pin tip for smaller areas and focused treatments of under-eye laxity, wrinkles around the mouth and forehead wrinkles

  • Post treatment, they may notice tone and texture improvements as a result of increased levels of beneficial collagen and new healthy skin cells which are produced. With the treatment’s dermal impact, mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolorations are reduced. Typical treatment protocol is 3 - 5 treatments, 4 - 6 weeks apart. The total number of required treatment sessions depends on the skin condition of the patient.

  • During treatment, many patients feel a warm, prickly sensation as energy enters their skin. After treatment a pink or red “sunburn” appearance and feeling is also common. Topical anesthetic ointments and cooling are often used to reduce discomfort during treatment. There is minimal downtime, so most patients can quickly resume their normal activities immediately post treatment.

  • Sublime™ is a gentle, comfortable treatment requiring virtually no downtime. Most patients return to normal activities immediately after the treatment. Cooling of the skin’s surface provides enhanced safety and additional comfort.

  • Most patients will have between 3-5 sessions approximately 4 weeks apart. The best results are seen 3-6 months post completion with maintenance approximately every 6 months.
